Internship season grind

Day 3 at AFROTECH was definitely crunch time! I barely slept, woke up late, and rushed straight to the long line of attendees waiting to print their resumes at the Hilton FedEx store. After waiting over 15 minutes to print just two copies, I met George Gourdine III, a former AWS Sales Leader, and Aishat Balogun, another student also trying to get her resume printed. What started as a stressful morning turned into a great conversation that completely lifted my mood and kicked off my day on a positive note.

Later, I had a resume review, which gave me some incredible insights and feedback. I ended the day networking with company representatives like Omobolade Adetunmbi and Celester Dukes III from Wells Fargo, as well as professionals from Johnson & Johnson, GE HealthCare, and many more.

Can’t wait for my last day at AFROTECH tomorrow!
